We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and exceptionally talented Marketing Project Manager to join the Digital Marketing team in Zurich. The role will be an important addition committed to transforming the brand and the way we engage our audiences.

Responsibilities

• Project manage different websites initiatives
• Build and maintain a complete project schedule, make it constantly visible to management and key stakeholders to drive projects through to completion
• Work with worldwide marketing managers, content creators, developers, designers, and business leadership to align website initiatives with cross-functional team goals
• Manage troubleshooting and support coordination among different teams
• Create and maintain web content within CMS
• Be part of a testing strategy to gain insights and improve the customer experience
• Develop a training plan for new website properties and functionality within the CMS (e.g., StoryBlok)
• Be on top of site traffic and performance. Produce dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommend suggestions for improvement

Requirements

• 2-3+ years’ project management & digital marketing experience
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Experience working with CMS systems (Storyblok a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency Ability to think creatively and strategically, but a willingness and desire to ‘roll up your sleeves’
• Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
• Strong communication (written and verbal), project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with Agile setups
• Fluent in english (other languages a plus: spanish, french, german, etc)
• Be eligible to work in Switzerland

Good to have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS

Familiarity with the travel/educational industries a plus
