ServiceNow Consultant

Our client, a Swiss company specialised in IT Service Management and Digital Transformation, is seeking for a ServiceNow Consultant, with high flexibility in terms of location.

Responsibilities:

• Advising the customers in the areas of IT service management, digitisation and process optimisation

• Creation of concepts and specifications in cooperation with the customers

• Architecture and design of complex process applications of the ServiceNow product line

• Cooperation in the implementation of the designed solutions

• Technical project management taking commercial specifications into account

• Collaboration in the installation of software solutions and the product launch at the customer's site

• Support of sales within the scope of pre-sales activities

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor or Master degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics)

• Proven ServiceNow project experience as consultant and developer

• Experience in project management

• Good written and spoken English skills, German fluency as big advantage

• Independent worker with an entrepreneurial and result oriented mind-set
